The Wren Bakery began as a grassroots response to address a critical gap between early recovery and sustainable employment. What started as a small initiative has grown into a specialist, city-recognized program delivered through our social enterprise café in Leeds. The Wren Bakery has supported over 19 women facing complex barriers to employment – often including addiction, domestic abuse, poverty, criminal records and long-term unemployment.
