Tenant Education Network (TEN) is a power building organization that uses union organizing tools with innovative technology to support the leadership of tenants in Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Project Based Section 8 (PBS8) housing. TEN’s purpose is two-pronged: to solve the problems faced by PBS8 tenants in Illinois while building long-term progressive power in the process. They do this by organizing tenant unions in PBS8 buildings according to their unique model of repetitive and rigorous documentation alongside. Visit Tenant Education Network
