Project RETURN meets the re-entry needs of formerly incarcerated people in a flexible, individualized, and holistic way. Each client co-creates individualized plans that help them access the resources they need with a peer specialist. Project RETURN also advocates for reforms in the criminal justice system because advocacy is essential in changing community mindsets and reducing systemic barriers to re-entry success.
