#NoCopAcademy (NCA) is a Black youth directed, adult-supported campaign endorsed by over 100 community organizations, demanding resources for education, after-school programs and clinics instead of a new police training facility. They believe that to truly transform Chicago, the young people most heavily impacted by divestment and aggressive policing need to be heard and have meaningful input into how the city spends its resources.
