Chicago HOPES for Kids

Chicago, IL, United States

Chicago HOPES for Kids provides trauma-informed educational support to children living in Chicago’s homeless shelters, the only organization of its kind in the city. Chicago HOPES meets children where they are by offering after-school, summer, and family engagement programs directly within shelters and partner community sites across the city. This accessible, shelter-based model ensures consistent access to high-quality academic and social-emotional support for youth who are often excluded from traditional after-school programming.
