Care for Real’s mission is to foster a healthy and equitable community by helping vulnerable neighbors overcome food insecurity with dignity. Serving over 10,000 individuals each year on the far Northside of Chicago, they are the anchor food pantry for the community. The need is immense and demand continues to grow.
